Some corals grow in tiers of thin, leaf-like plates, layering upward the way a cabbage would if a cabbage had ever been to the ocean. Measuring 5.5 inches across with 3 inches of depth, the Milk Teal Leafy Cup Coral rises in ceramic tiers of plates around a hollow center and glazed in a soft, chalky teal. Each plate is angled to catch light on its upper edge, so the layers stay distinct. It hangs on one screw, holds a wall on its own, and requires no water, which it considers one of its better qualities.
