Dahlia ‘Wizard of Oz’ There’s no place like home filled with these charming, bubble-shaped blooms. Wizard of Oz features 2–3½ inch pastel pink, fully double flowers on strong 24–32 inch stems. It blossoms from summer until the first frost and is a standout for cut flower arrangements. Hardy in zones 8-10; in zones 7 and below, grow as an annual or dig up tubers after the first frost and store indoors.
