Mid to late season, Silverskin type. Selected in the Cascades of Southern Oregon, Cascade Fire is a dependable, high-yielding softneck valued for its exceptional storage life and reliable garden performance. The large bulbs are wrapped in shiny pearly-white skins with tight protective wrappers that allow for outstanding keeping quality, often storing 9–12 months or longer when properly cured. Each bulb contains 12–20 cloves, typically with large outer cloves surrounding smaller interior cloves. It delivers a hot, clean bite when raw, mellowing into a smooth, well-rounded flavor in cooking. Flexible necks make Cascade Fire an excellent choice for traditional garlic braids, while its long storage life ensures a steady supply of tasty, homegrown cloves for all your favorite dishes.

Garlic is shipped only in the fall—starting in mid-September, depending on the season and the variety. Quantities are limited; order early for best availability. Sorry, not available to Idaho, US Territories, or Canada.
