A handmade Ear Free spaniel bowl, individually thrown on the potter’s wheel using a blend of two contrasting British stoneware clays.

The clays are sliced into thin strips and layered up before the piece is thrown. The natural movement of the clays creates unique soft grey and cream layers, so no two bowls are exactly alike.

The exterior is left unglazed and is wonderfully tactile, while the inside is finished with a glossy, food-safe glaze. Its broad base and narrower opening help keep long spaniel ears outside the bowl while eating or drinking. Dishwasher safe.
