The training is mostly asynchronous, meaning you send videos and you get feedback from Luke quickly. Luke's videos back to you are quick and to the point. Often 1-2 minutes showing you exactly what to do next. The training program also includes an onboarding video on Impact Opposites and a copy of Luke's new book, The Golf Textbook, which serves as the manual for making swing changes.
If you'd like to include virtual lessons via facetime/zoom, those can be purchased at a rate of $150 for 30 minutes. One 30 minute "Intro call" with Luke is included at no cost. This typically happens after initial videos are sent. After that, you will get weekly 15 minute video calls with Luke's assistant to help solve issues that might come up. Luke will continue to do all async video.
