The cushion-cut centre stone is flanked by two E/VVS2 CADILLAC-CUT DIAMONDS totalling 0.49 carats. A striking five-sided cut, their angular lines contrast beautifully with the rounded contours of the sapphire. Slender curves of 18 KARAT yellow gold sweep around the stones to form the open cuff design, leaving subtle glimpses of skin between the gold and gemstones.
