This is not ordinary shapewear. Be You Step Up is designed to move with you, support your natural shape, and help your body feel lighter, smoother, and more energized during daily wear, travel, walking, workouts, and recovery comfort.

Be You Step Up is built for the customer who wants compression that looks current, feels comfortable, and fits into real life. Wear it as an opaque active short with sneakers and a tee, under oversized sweatshirts, under dresses or skirts, or layered beneath pants when you want extra support without bulky shapewear.
This is one of Solidea’s strongest crossover pieces because it speaks to several customers at once: wellness, lymphatic support, lipedema comfort, activewear, travel, recovery, and skin-smoothing support.
The raised wave texture may leave a temporary pattern on the skin after wear. This is normal for Solidea Micro-Massage garments and should fade within a short time.
For best results, wear on clean, dry skin and avoid lotions, oils, or powders underneath the garment, as these may affect fit and fabric performance.
Be You Step Up should feel snug, sculpting, and supportive, but not painful, restrictive, or tight at the waist, thighs, groin, or garment edges. The waistband and leg openings should sit smoothly without rolling, pinching, or creating deep marks.
If you notice deep marks, numbness, discomfort, color changes, irritation, rolling, or swelling above or below the garment edges, remove the garment and recheck your size. If you are using compression for a diagnosed medical condition, follow your healthcare provider’s guidance.
