Stickhandling Balls by Snipers Edge can help you get everything you need to be a better stickhandler: strong wrists, speed, better vision, and realistic on-ice feel. Practice toe drags, wrist roll, split vision, range of motion, and puck control.

Keep the Skillz ball in your bag for to warm up your hands prior to the game, or practice top hand wrist roll or figure-8 patterns at home. This ball is lightweight, yet made from dense HDPE materials.

The ice ball is perfect to warm-up the hands and eyes prior to a game, or for off-ice stickhandling practice.

The Muscle Ball is 3 times the weight of a puck (18.85 oz), and designed to help players develop the hand and wrist strength needed to become a stellar stickhandler.

The balls works great on all surfaces including wood, tile, concrete, asphalt, or even carpet.

Great for pre-game warm ups or off-season practice. They work on most surfaces and can help you become the BEST dangler in the show. Try alone, or with our SweetHands stickhandling trainer!

Each ball has a specific size/color and training objective. Purchase individually or the entire 4-ball set.
