The easiest way to a harder shot is to practice with a hockey training aid that helps to build muscle strength. Our Stick Weight helps you build that strength by slightly increasing the weight of your stick.  Simply place the hockey stick weight around the stick towards the blade, Velcro it and you’re ready to start building muscle to increase the power of your shot!
