Diplotaxis erucoides

Brings even the most mundane salad to life!

We can't get enough of the spicy, horseradish-like flavor of Wasabi Arugula. Its wild genes make it bolt faster than the domesticated arugula so we recommend succession planting every couple of weeks in spring and fall. After bolting, you can harvest the edible flowers for salads or watch the pollinators dance around these plants. Add a little exhilaration to your garden with this delicious green!

Seeds grown by Affinity Farm in Moscow, Idaho.

400 seeds.

Directions: Direct seed outside in spring when soil can be worked. Use 4" spacing between rows. Can also be sown in fall.
