Eryngium planum
Everlasting cut flower brings intrigue to every bouquet!
Blue Glitter Sea Holly delights us with its sharp, dynamic texture in the garden and in flower arrangements. Use it fresh or dry for everlasting bouquets. This perennial performs well in our hot, dry summers in the Intermountain West. Farmers Jessica and Jeremy report Blue Glitter Sea Holly is a favorite of unusual pollinators at their farm in Salmon, Idaho. Whether you grow it for its beauty or for the pollinators, this plant is a must-have in the garden!
