Small Pet Select advocates for lots of diet variety, but that variety has to be the right stuff. Plantain is an absolute favourite small animal herb that adds both nutrition and enrichment to your pet's daily routine.

Why Plantain?

Plantain is a tasty and healthy foraging treat that not only adds variety and interest but has excellent fibre content along with essential vitamins. It's a seriously great health maintenance herb to include as a forage snack that your rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small pets will absolutely love.

Safe for Daily Feeding

Plantain forage is so safe it can be fed every single day without any problem. In dried form, it's easy to keep on hand while retaining all its fantastic properties. We've sourced really nice plantain, all ready for forage joy.

Benefits Beyond Nutrition

Adding plantain as a forage and interest food keeps your pet from becoming bored and encourages natural foraging behaviours. Your rabbits and guinea pigs might not care about all of those benefits, but we sure do. Try it out and watch your small pet go gaga for this nutritious treat!
