The Tesser 8:3 Lamp is built on the Fibonacci sequence, geometry doing double duty as light source. Ridezign, based in Brooklyn, builds it sculptural and precise, the layered geometry and translucent material becoming more visible the closer you look.

Turned off, the Cherry colorway grid reads bright cherry red, with the panes behind a soft blush. Switched on, it gives off a soft, diffused amber glow that reveals the depth hiding in the stacked surfaces, the kind of ambient light that suits a bedside table for reading in bed, or a desk that needs something softer than an overhead light.

No cord, no outlet needed. It runs on an internal battery for 15 to 20 hours a charge, so it goes wherever the room needs it.
