The SkateXS Kids Skateboard deck is a high performance deck in proper sizes for young skaters.

Our 2025 Update: Proudly Made in the USA

For over a decade, our Original Bamboo Hybrid decks have been a signature part of SkateXS — a unique lightweight and durable option for young riders learning and progressing. In 2025, we’re introducing a new line of Made in USA Premium Maple skateboard decks to localize our production and support small-batch American manufacturing.

Our new made in the USA hard wood premium maple decks use:

6-Ply Maple for our 7" × 28" decks (light, responsive, ideal for youngest riders)
7-Ply Maple for our 7.25", 7.4", and 7.75" decks (classic strength and feel)

The riding experience and quality are fully comparable to our bamboo hybrids — this change reflects our long-term commitment to local production and supply stability.

Here’s a simple guide showing which construction is used for each size and design.
