More organic than LA, baby.

The California Batch is cold-pressed Arbequina olive oil from a single certified organic, Non GMO grove in California's Central Valley — harvested at peak ripeness and pressed within hours to lock in flavor and polyphenols. It's light, grassy, and a little peppery at the finish. The kind of oil that makes you realize you've been cooking with motor oil your whole life.

What makes it different:

Single Origin: every bottle comes from one farm, one harvest
Certified Organic: no synthetic pesticides, no shortcuts
Non GMO Certified: independently verified — no genetically modified olives, ever
Cold Pressed: extracted without heat to preserve flavor and nutrients
High Polyphenol: a marker of freshness and quality that most grocery store oils can't claim
Arbequina Variety: mild, buttery, with grassy and almond notes; one of California's most celebrated olives

How to use it:

Use it everywhere. Finish a bowl of pasta, drizzle over burrata, dress a salad, dip bread into it, scramble eggs in it. It's light enough to cook with at moderate heat and flavorful enough that you'll want it where it can actually be tasted. It is, as we like to say, good on stuff and good in stuff.
