One of Ibarra's first oil works. "Evolution Of Souls" takes on a profound inner journey of why it is we come to Earth and the imagery of how it is we transcend when our time is up. The child growing into an adult then departing in only the flesh when it is time to go. Once the flesh has been planted back into the land, the only thing left is the soul. It is also meant to depict "re-incarnation."
