The Sheets Go Out And So Does Everything Else

Sick of one sheet taking the whole line while the rest of your washing waits for tomorrow? This is a flat spiral of an 8 mm round rod. Hook it over your line, put the first corner in the clip at the centre, then walk the sheet round, so it settles between the turns. A whole sheet hangs in rings instead of one long flat span, and it does it in one corner of the line. Your towels and the kids' clothes go out on the same day.

It hangs off what you already have. Your washing line, a rail, the corner of the clothes airer, a hook under the verandah. In a wet week it goes inside on the shower rail. Towels and doona covers go on it as well as sheets. It comes in white or in stainless steel, a flat round coil with a small cap on the outer tip. When the washing comes off, the hook pulls out of the middle, and it packs away flat.
