Wake Up Dry On A Hot Night

Sick of throwing the doona off at 2 am, then dragging it back an hour later? This is the quilt for the months when a doona is too much and a flat sheet is not enough. The face is cool to the touch the moment you get under it. Both sides are, so when your side warms up, you turn the quilt over, and the cool comes back, the same as flipping your pillow. It is thin and light, so there is not a mound of it sitting on you. If you are sharing a bed with someone who runs cold, that matters.

It is quilted right through, not a flat silky sheet. The stitching holds the fill in place. The piped edge holds the shape, so it does not slide down and ball up in a corner of your quilt cover. The face is blue, the reverse is grey, and the quilting runs in wide diagonals. It comes in double, queen, and king, each one 229 cm long, so there is length to tuck under at the foot. Put it on for the first warm week, leave it on through the summer nights, and bring the doona back when the nights turn.
