This 4.5 pound Lower back and hip wrap is densely packed for a heavier, more focused hot therapy.

20.5" x 14"

It is the perfect addition to your massage practice - implement the healing properties of heat and weight.

Warm in a towel warmer (preferred) or microwave

"As a Massage therapist my clients have nicknamed this hot pack the "Hip Hugger" it does a great job of warming and softening the muscles of the lower back and hip while you are working the upper back area - can also be used on the upper back if desired"

Warming the area softens the muscles and prepares them for the massage that follows - clients LOVE the radiating heat all year round but esp when used in the winter.
