This is Chimp Jump's story as written on its tag:

"He is the epitome of a bad mood. Whenever there is something to nag about, he is always on hand. In BeastsTown, he is well known as the worst-tempered monkey in town. But, if you tickle him under his arms, he turns into the funniest fellow you have ever seen, laughs and jumps around happily."
