USE THE GOOD STUFF.
Even if you have to use 'margarine' there's no reason you shouldn't make it look pretty. Patty Cornelius is a New York State artist who lovingly crafted these dishes using American clay. These sturdy one-of-a-kind pieces of art can hang on your counter to keep your butter safe and to make your kitchen even more beautiful. Or, you can store it away and only take it out for those special times. HOWEVER, we strongly disagree. We think they're meant to be used and seen — everyday.
