Royal Mail Tracked Return Label - Only to return goods bought from us.

Your returns label link will be sent through to your email address (Please check Junk folder) so you can fill out the online form. Once you have filled in your details, you’ll then be emailed a downloadable label to send off your return.

You can print your label at home if you have a printer - or get your label printed off in-store at one of Royal Mail's 'Parcel shops' or all Post Office branches. Just use the QR code on your confirmation email after you've set up your return.

This label can be used to return U.K. mainland parcels up to 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) and up to 20kg in weight.  If your package exceeds these dimensions return will be refused by the Royal Mail.

You are covered for up to £125 if your item is lost by Royal Mail. If the value of your item exceeds this you may want to consider additional insurance or an alternative return method.

If you arrange for Royal Mail to collect your item, then we have no responsibility for that collection, that is between you and Royal Mail. We always recommend that you take the item to your nearest Post Office and get a receipt.

We will email you the label link through to you as soon as possible.  During working hours this can be as little as 30 minutes but evenings and weekends you may not receive your email until the next working day.

To use this label affix it to the outside of your return parcel and take it to your nearest Royal Mail location.
