The Akari BB2-40FF pairs one of Isamu Noguchi’s earliest designs for Akari light sculptures, a stone-like cast iron base and bamboo stem, with a shade from the F series of spheroids, which originated over two decades later. It features mulberry bark washi paper and subtly irregular bamboo ribbing over an asymmetrical rounded form.
