“I used to believe the Enclave was here to protect the ideals this country was founded on. Now I realise that it couldn't be further from the truth.”

Once an Enclave operative, the Black Devil now only appears in times of need around Boston. Contacted by their radio station, this deserter now fights for the very survivors they would have brutally murdered under President Eden. A soldier, warrior, and God-fearing American, the Black Devil inspires us all!
