Use your body as a tool to measure things and develop an intuitive sense of scale.

Whether you're rearranging furniture in your house, trying to determine the width of a table or how high you should hang that picture frame, your sharpened sense of human scale will come in handy!

The Personal Body Unit Index poster is a collection of 17 diagrams of the body useful positions for measuring. Fill in your own measurements and hone your sense of scale.

The original Personal Body Unit Index in a longer format is in the Permanent Collection and is featured in Design Across Time.
