Shinplex™ mouldable shin pads are heat-responsive football guards that soften in hot water and take the curve of your shin, then set so the fit is yours rather than a factory average. The process takes about two minutes. Remould until you bond the shock-absorbing insert; after that the curve is locked.

Max is the full-size shell (about 18 × 11 cm) for full tibia coverage. Aero is the lower-profile cut (about 13 × 9 cm) for less bulk or a shorter shin. Both sizes use the same moulding method: hot water around 80°C, light pressure on the shin, wait until the shell has cooled on the leg. Mould one pad at a time so the pair cannot fuse in the water.

Generic slip-in pads are built for an average tibia, so they rotate when you sprint, plant, or block. A moulded shell reduces that gap. It will not make you invulnerable, and it will not replace a Double-Lock sleeve on a soaked pitch. Most players finish the setup with a sleeve, bands, or a few turns of self-adhesive wrap.
