Spar caps are the plastic end caps located at the base of each spar, designed to fit securely into the corner fabric pockets of your SHIFTPOD.

See diagram for parts breakdown:

• The spar is the carbon fiber pole that forms the SHIFTPOD’s frame
• The ferrule is the rounded plastic connector on one end of the spar that inserts into the hub
• The spar cap is the flat plastic piece on the opposite end that seats into the fabric corner pocket

Note, each new replacement spar comes with both a ferrule and spar cap pre-installed. This listing is intended for customers who need replacement spar caps only for spars they already have.
