Light as a cloud, this indigo blue and white kaftan is a real showstopper. The pattern on this kaftan is made from the fine art of SHIBORI:  The artisan uses a needle and thread to gather stitches throughout the cloth.  The threads are then pulled, and the piece is dyed in this color.  Then the threads are gently cut and removed leaving this rich, textured hand-worked pattern. The back of this cap has a geometric circular motive with a big Sunburst pattern on the lower half.  Absolutely stunning!  2 side pockets  48” length, half sleeve.   Lightweight modal silk.  Size Small with a 42” chest and 44” hip.
