Lilac Bell Pepper is a stunning and distinctive variety with a vibrant lilac-purple hue at harvest that transitions through color stages to red at full maturity — the luminous purple stage is the most prized for its visual impact and is when the thick, sweet walls are at their crispest and most flavorful. An eye-catching addition to salads, vegetable platters, and roasted dishes where the unusual color makes an immediate impression, with the same mild, sweet bell pepper taste everyone loves.
