Napoli Tomato is a classic Italian determinate paste variety with deep red, plum-shaped fruits and thick, meaty flesh that cooks down into a deeply flavored, richly colored sauce with remarkable efficiency. The concentrated harvest from these compact plants is ideal for processing large batches of sauce and tomato paste all at once, making this one of the most practical and productive sauce tomatoes for home canners and preservers. A dependable, flavorful heirloom that makes the finest homemade tomato paste you'll ever taste.
