American Spinach is an award-winning variety built for gardeners who want more from their spinach — more heat tolerance, more drought resistance, and a longer season before bolting. The thick, dark green savoy leaves develop a rich, slightly sweet flavor as they mature and hold up beautifully when sautéed, blended into smoothies, or layered into pasta dishes. A standout performer that keeps producing long after standard spinach varieties have given up.
