German Chamomile is one of the most soothing and well-loved herbs in cultivation — the small, cheerful white daisy-like flowers with their bright yellow centers have a gentle, apple-scented fragrance and a naturally sweet, calming flavor that makes the finest herbal bedtime tea imaginable. Dried flowers retain their full floral intensity and therapeutic properties beautifully, and the prolific, self-sowing plants produce an extraordinary number of blooms per plant from a single packet of seed.
