Ruby Queen Beet is an All-America Selections winner with large, sweet, deep ruby-red roots and a smooth, fine-grained texture that holds up beautifully when canned or pickled — making it the definitive choice for home preservers who want consistently beautiful, deeply colored beets in the jar year-round. The sweet, earthy flavor is equally outstanding roasted, juiced, or steamed, and the vibrant color makes every plate more vivid. A reliable, tolerant variety that performs well across a range of soil types.
