A stunning, medium-sized heirloom with vivid green and yellow striped skin that stays green even when fully ripe — identified by its golden-yellow interior and characteristic give when pressed. Bright, tangy flavor with lively acidity and sweetness makes Green Zebra exceptional for salads, fresh eating, and as a conversation piece at market. A showstopping variety unlike anything else.
