Instructions for use - Trim to Size

1. Trim to fit with sharp scissors as necessary
2. To trim, cut along the outline that matches your shoe size, or use your shoes original insole as a guide 
3. For best results, remove your existing insole and replace it with Foam Cushion Insoles, fabric side up.
