The Guidebook is the complete physical planning system. It includes the step-by-step guidebook, 4 quick reference emergency cards, the 15 Essential Questions worksheet, and the Conversation Starter guide, giving families everything they need to organize critical information without the document organizer, envelopes, or labels.

What's Included

• The Family Emergency Guidebook. A 95 page, step by step printed guide covering what a family needs to know and do when a loved one dies or becomes incapacitated. Topics include passwords and digital access, medical history and care wishes, dependent and pet care, who makes decisions and when, how to create a Will, Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, DNR, and POLST, insurance and bank accounts, running the household, and memorial wishes.
• Emergency Information Cards (set of 4). Printed quick reference cards summarizing medical, legal, financial, and insurance essentials for fast access in a crisis.
• 15 Essential Questions. A printed worksheet of the 15 questions every family should answer before an emergency, covering power of attorney, medical directives, wills, finances, digital accounts, dependents, and end of life wishes.
• The Conversation Starter. A printed guide with scripts and role play scenarios for opening the conversation about aging, death, and end of life planning with parents, spouses, or adult children.

It's built for people who already have a filing or storage method and want the guided content on its own, or as an additional copy for a second household that already owns a Folio® System.

Who It's For

• Families who already own a Folio® System and want an extra Guidebook for a second household, such as aging parents.
• Anyone who wants to start planning and have the conversation before committing to the full physical organizer.
