This artwork celebrates the Arcadis family and a shared vision for creating places where communities, nature and innovation exist in harmony. The central gathering place represents this collective purpose, while the surrounding gathering places and people symbols reflect the individuals, teams and communities connected through collaboration, shared knowledge and common goals. The Elders symbol honours the wisdom, guidance and leadership that shapes our journey and reminds us that the strongest futures are built by learning from those who came before us.

Flowing pathways symbolise the exchange of ideas and innovation, while the layered forms reflect the relationship between the natural and built environments. As Arcadis moves into its newly renovated Sydney workplace, this artwork marks the beginning of a new chapter. More than a shared office, this space represents collaboration, innovation and the coming together of people with a common purpose to contribute to a future that is built together, creating lasting impact for communities, the environment and generations to come.
