Stem Ginger Hand Baked Cookies made with locally grown flour and hand baked in Norfolk.

Ingredients: Wheatflour (Wheatflour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, margarine (vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), water, salt (2.0%), emulsifier (E475), flavourings, colour (curcumin, anattoo)), Oats, golden syrup, stem ginger, (7%) (stem ginger sugar), ground ginger, baking paowder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonates, fortified Wheatflour, (wheatflour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)), flavouring raising additive (sodium bicarbonate).  Manufactured in a bakery that handles Nuts &Peanuts. May contain nuts, seeds, soya, peanuts and milk.
