The handmade BLACKSMITH series embodies traditional forging techniques and showcases high-carbon steel knives meticulously crafted through extensive manual processing. Each blade is individually hand-sharpened on a whetstone, exhibiting a distinctive hammering pattern that becomes the series' signature.

With durable Micarta handles featuring a classic oval shape, the BLACKSMITH series ensures a confident grip and comfortable handling during high-volume use. The knives are presented in a Japanese decorative chef-roll, within an exquisite gift box.
