"When life gets heavy, I often find myself looking back at old childhood photos. They remind me of a time when I was wild and free.

Just me, unfiltered, untouched by opinions or expectations from the outside.

We all come into this world bare and naked. Connected to our true essence, pure and raw. But as we grow, layers start to build; shaped by family, society, heartbreaks, and experiences. Most of those layers don’t belong to us.

Shed the weight of what doesn’t serve you, and embrace your authentic self again.

When you do; life’s magic shows up in ways you never imagined."
