In a world of of light-speed information, and a society hand fed fear and driven on dopamine and caffeine overload. This may be one of the most important stones of our time. Originally said to have been discovered in Canada. (Maybe that’s why Canadian’s are such lovely people).

Also know as a native Indian talisman of healing and protection, helping calm the mind and ground the body. A stone said to ooze compassion and sensitivity. Helping carry the burden, guiding you and enabling you to see and tune into your flow.

I think of this stone as the meditation stone, giving you a nice warm and soothing hug and allowing you to go further than you’ve gone before, see clearer and wait longer. A stone that guides you across the wild seas  of life, if you tune on in.

Howlite properties: Compassion, soothing, calming, awareness and sensitivity, transformation.
