It is not about being the strongest or about being the greatest. It's about getting back up. It's about choosing to put on the gloves. To fight for something you believe in. It's almost always just a battle of wills, and you, I, all of us are much more capable than we can ever imagine... This piece is for the fighters; regardless of age, gender or background, there is a fighter in all of us.

The journey of Salty Dagger has been full of moments of tears and pitfalls, and so many times, it has felt like things are just not meant to be. Looking back at Salty Dagger, I can't seem to think we are so fortunate to exist. But this wouldn't be true if we ever stayed down and never got back up…

The only reason we are here to this day is that we decided to fight. So when things don't feel like they're meant to be, or the hurdle seems huge, put on gloves… There's nothing scarier or more beautiful than a little never give up energy.
