Atlas Terrain is part of Neutral Ground, a collection that bridges artful design with simplicity, offering warmth and balance to any space. Rooted in traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, each rug reflects a harmonious blend of heritage and modern living.

Within the Atlas Mountains, dramatic peaks rise above lush valleys, where rocky red landscapes meet verdant green fields and traditional Amazigh villages. The mixed pile of Atlas Terrain mirrors this varied landscape, with layered textures that evoke both rugged terrain and moments of calm.

Handwoven by artisans in M’rirt, a village nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains, each rug stands as a testament to enduring Moroccan craftsmanship. Led by Soukina, a second-generation artisan, this collective of 40 weavers continues a tradition founded by her late mother, Keltouma, in the early 2000s. Specializing in medium to high hand-knot rugs, they use a distinctive thick knotting technique that creates an exceptionally plush texture unique to the region.

Made from 100 percent live wool, Atlas Terrain is dyed using carefully selected ingredients by a third-generation dyeing family. This meticulous process produces rich, lasting color while maintaining a deep commitment to sustainability, quality, and craft.
