Our Custom Cubby Nameplates are great for varsity sports teams gym lockers, home entryways, school lockers, kids room door nameplates and so much more! Convey professionalism, heritage quality and your unique personality with one of our three sophisticated fonts.

Pair this with our Engraved Custom Wooden Jersey Hangers for sports teams or athletes for a fully furnished locker room.

HOW TO ORDER:
You'll see two quantity menus because we sell nameplates in packs of 1 for gifting or at a reduced price in packs of 5 for teams. If you require an odd number like 7 you may select one pack of 5 and two packs of 1.

Our nameplate can be customized with whatever text you'd like. Just leave your personalizations in the ORDER NOTE box after making your selection and clicking ADD TO CART.

If ordering multiple custom items, please specify which colour product requires which customization to ensure accuracy.

Your custom personalization of name will be engraved on your choice of high quality UV stabilized acrylic with a hyper-realistic brushed metallic finish. We include a piece of double-sided easy peel-and-stick tape for hanging on any surface.

SIZE: approximately 8" x 2"
