How to personalize your cuff

Enter one initial in each labeled box, not your full name. Follow the box labels rather than typing the initials in your usual name order.

• Left letter: FIRST name initial
• Center letter: LAST name initial. This will be the larger letter in the middle.
• Right letter: MIDDLE name initial

Example: For Sarah Elizabeth Miller, enter S in the first name box, M in the last name box and E in the middle name box. The monogram will read S M E, with M larger in the center.
