Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350ml

The Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is a soft flask developed specifically for carrying Gel Mix 480 during training and racing. Compact, easy to carry and designed for fuelling while moving, it allows you to take up to 120 g of carbohydrates with you in a single flask.

The 350 ml format is compact enough to fit into a running vest, waist belt or back pocket, making it particularly useful for long runs, trail running and races where carrying your own nutrition is essential.

A bite valve allows you to fuel directly from the flask without stopping – useful when running over technical trails, gravel or simply when every second matters on race day. When it's time to refill, Maurten's SpeedFill™ cap pops open quickly for easier access.

The flask has also been designed around the Gel Mix 480 sachet. Its opening allows the sachet to fit directly into the top of the flask, helping make preparation and refilling straightforward.

For runners who use Gel Mix 480 and want a simple way to carry a substantial amount of carbohydrate without filling their pockets with individual gels, the Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml provides a practical and purpose-built solution.

Why we recommend the Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml

It's a particularly practical solution for longer training sessions and races. Being able to carry up to 120 g of carbohydrates in one compact soft flask simplifies fuelling, while the bite valve and SpeedFill™ cap are designed to make eating and refilling easier without unnecessarily interrupting your run.
