Smaller in size but just as big in versatility, this compact version of our 8.5qt rectangular roaster handles everything from hearty roasts to baked pasta dishes, and its tall, vertical walls make it perfect for lasagne. Whether you’re hosting a Sunday gathering or preparing a weekend meal, it goes seamlessly from the preparation area to the oven, and straight to the table.

Crafted in solid copper for superior heat conductivity, hammered for increased strength and lasting beauty and tin-lined by hand over fire so naturally low-stick. The riveted handles are cast of solid brass, and the lid is crowned by Ruffoni's signature acorns with their leaves.

Made in Italy.
