Designed for big families, meal preppers, and anyone who loves cooking extra for later, our new 5.5 qt Chef Pan has all the features that make it a best-seller – plus a little more.

The wide base and gently sloping sides make it perfect for creamy risottos, while the lid locks in the moisture for tender, slow-simmered meats and prevents splatters when making pasta sauces. Since it’s a larger, heavier piece, we’ve added a side helper handle to make it easier to move from stovetop to table, even when full.

Crafted in solid copper for superior heat conductivity, hammered for increased strength and lasting beauty and tin-lined by hand over fire – so naturally low-stick. The riveted handles are cast in solid brass and have a clean, sleek design, while the solid copper lid is adorned by acorns and leaves.
