The Lavender Gift • Roots Plants

Is any sight in the garden prettier than a lavender in full bloom? Hard to argue that there is... This 'Hidcote' lavender gift plant dazzles with its fabulous flower spikes, outstanding aroma and tactile silvery foliage. There's a good reason lavender remains so popular in gardening circles - it's flippin' fantastic.
A staple of Mediterranean planting schemes, this drought-tolerant plant makes a great gift for our changing climate. Be(e)loved by pollinators and humans, alike, you can expect this shrub to generate a steady thrum of bumblebee buzzing throughout the summer months.
As versatile as it is beautiful, you can plant this lavender in a terracotta patio pot, a mixed bed or border, or even as part of a low, flowering hedge. The choice is yours... Well, or your recipient's!
Your lavender gift will be wrapped in rustic hessian, tied with a stylish bow and delivered in our most premium packaging. Complete with a bespoke care card, this is the sort of gift you want arriving on the doorstep - beaming Cheshire cat grins guaranteed.
Lavender is nice and refreshingly easy to care for, and actually flourishes in poorer soils, so your recipient doesn't need to worry about how fertile (or not) their garden soil is; so long as it drains well, their lavender plant will thrive.
