Six Wednesdays. Ten guests. Your winter apothecary, made by you.
Let me guess how your last winter went.
You meant to slow down. You meant to take better care of yourself. Instead, the holidays swallowed you whole. You ran on coffee and obligation, took care of everyone's needs but your own, and by January you were exhausted and wondering where the season went.
And somewhere in there, it was 10 PM and you were standing in the pharmacy aisle, reading the backs of boxes you can't pronounce, thinking: I promised myself I wouldn't be doing this again this year.
You've wanted to be more natural. You've wanted to know what's in the things you use and give to the people you love. You've saved the posts, bought the books, maybe even ordered the dried elderberries that are still sitting in your pantry. Maybe you've walked past Roots & Remedies and wondered what happens behind our counter.
Here's what's really going on. You don't lack interest or ability. You lack three things: a guide you trust, a reason to show up, and time that's protected just for you.
That's exactly what this series gives you.
"I don't know where to start with herbs."
You won't have to figure it out. Over six sessions you'll learn the core methods of home herbalism in order: vinegars, tinctures, oils, honeys, syrups and salves. By the end, you'll understand how an apothecary is actually built, not just how to follow one recipe.
"I start things and never finish them."
That's why this isn't a one-day class. Six sessions, every other Wednesday, with a small group expecting you. Structure and community do what willpower can't.
"I never do anything just for me."
Three hours, every other Wednesday, where nobody needs anything from you. A signature drink in your hand, the café at your fingertips, and your hands busy with something beautiful.
"I want to be more self-reliant for my family."
You'll walk away with eight handmade preparations and the knowledge to make them again every winter for the rest of your life. You become the one with the jar on the shelf.
"I'm tired of being alone in this."
Only ten guests. By the third session, you'll know these women. Many come for the herbs and stay for the friendships.

Book with a friend and you'll each get $50 to spend in our apothecary.
$1,800 paid in full, or DM us for the installment option of 4 payments of $500.
That's $300 per session for three hours of guided instruction, every ingredient, a signature drink, café access, and finished preparations to take home. Compare that to the books you haven't read, the supplies you haven't used, and another winter of "someday."
Do I need any experience? None at all. We start at the foundations.
What if I miss a session? We'll send you the full workshop information and make your preparation for you to pick up at the store.
What do I need to bring? Just yourself. Everything is provided.
Where do I park? We have a full parking lot, plus plenty of street parking.
Can I give this as a gift? Yes. We'll provide a printed gift certificate.
Is it refundable? All sales are final.
We keep this group small on purpose. Every guest gets real attention and a real seat at the table.
Winter is coming either way. This year, meet it prepared, rested, and surrounded by women who get it.
Your new favorite Wednesday starts November 4. Reserve your place today.
